Description
Turner Beach is Captiva’s Blind Pass beach — the west side of the channel between Sanibel and Captiva, known for fishing, sunsets, and shelling along the pass. Lee County parking and restrooms serve the access; Blind Pass Beach sits across on Sanibel. Currents near the pass are stronger than at Allison Hagerup farther north on Captiva — swim away from the channel if you are not a strong swimmer. Come for the pass vibe and west-facing sunset, not a quiet inland-dune walk like Bowman’s.
