Bowditch Point Regional Park sits at the north tip of Estero Island (50 Ave A), where Matanzas Pass meets the Gulf — trails, picnic shelters, restrooms, and a quieter beach than Times Square. You get bay and Gulf edges, mangroves, and a short walk to less-crowded sand when the park is open. It is the north-island alternative to Lynn Hall; check Lee County alerts for temporary construction closures after Ian recovery work. Bring bug spray for the trails in warm months.
