Description

Lynn Hall Memorial Park is the Lee County park at 950 Estero Blvd beside Times Square and the Fort Myers Beach Pier — normally the island’s busiest facility beach with restrooms, fishing pier access, and a large paid lot. As of fall 2026 the park and its parking lot are closed for post-Ian renovation (elevated restrooms, boardwalks, expanded lot), and pier demolition/rebuild is underway; reopen targets are roughly spring 2027 for the park and late summer 2027 for the pier. You can still reach nearby Gulf sand by walking from other Estero Island accesses. Use Bowditch, Newton, or other open lots until Lynn Hall reopens — follow posted construction fencing.
